Building a data mosaic integrating data from different data streams

Using lifestyle recommendation algorithms to help patient track changes in their daily activities such as sleep, glucose, diet and weather. For example, Diabetic Type 1 patients have a medical condition that require life long dependence on insulin with daily or continuous glucose monitoring. Type 1 diabetic patients commonly depend on controlling their glucose levels, monitor their dietary intake and depend on ancillary services like nutritionist, diabetic counselors, endocrinologists and primary physician services to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To support diabetic patients with visualization of personalized data set - that is an integral to their day - to - day activities/diet/insulin treatments to monitor their physiological health state, diet tracking and lifestyle measurement such as social activities, sleep, weather or mood.

As a Type 1 Diabetes patient I want to understand my "full health and activity picture" since it will help me manage my day to day disease with the help of an integrated data picture combining existing data streams (Continuous Glucose Monitor, Diet, Activity, Sleep, Weather, Mood...)
